Shipping is free on every order over $60. Smaller orders ship for a flat $6, and most orders are packed and on their way within two business days.

Are Rossete products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes, always. We never test on animals, and every formula is free from animal-derived ingredients.

Will your products suit sensitive skin?

Our formulas are dermatologist tested and free from parabens, sulfates and synthetic dyes. If your skin is very reactive, we always suggest a small patch test before first use.

Can I return something?

Of course. If something isn't right, reply to your order confirmation email within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange or a refund.
